Refund policy

We want to make shopping with P.S. Frocks an enjoyable experience, this is why we offer an easy to use 14 Day Returns Policy.

Returns Policy:

Items must be returned within 14 days from time of purchase in original condition – unworn, unwashed and with no makeup, deodorant marks or animal hair (please take care when trying your frock on). Tags must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been worn, damaged or soiled in any way.

Eligible returns will be reimbursed by either P.S. Frocks store credit or a refund directly via your original payment method. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping of return items is at customers cost.

*Sale Items:
Sale items under $50 are are final sale, please choose carefully as these are not returnable.  Sale items above $50 may be returned for P.S. Frocks store credit. Swatches are not returnable or refundable.

How to make a return:

Complete the Returns Slip that came with your order and include it with your return. If you have lost your returns slip please ensure you include your name and address and send to:

Faulty Items:

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please email us at info@psfrocks.com.au within 14 days of receipt. You will have the choice to have the item replaced or refunded in full.
