​What Halle Berry Eats In A Day

Halle has come clean about what she eats in a day, and the internet is losing its mind over it.

Halle Berry, otherwise known as, “a genetic masterpiece” has been sharing her secrets recently about how she stays so freaking beautiful. At 52 years of age, Halle is still glowing with youth and vitality. Could her diet be the secret to her vibrant eyes and perfect skin?

As always, the internet is losing it over her celebrity announcement that she is totally keto. For those who don’t know, keto is short for “ketogenic.” A ketogenic diet is a high-fat, adequate-protein, low-carbohydrate diet. Basically, you eat a heckin’ ton of salmon, brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, avocados, meat, eggs, butter, greek yogurt, nuts, and avocados.

The diet forces your body to burn fats rather than carbohydrates.

Does it work?

Halle Berry thinks so.

Green breakfast smoothie

Or as we like to call it, green sludge juice! Halle prefers this brekkie drink made of greens and beets to help you have energy (and a quality dry wrench) first thing in the morning.

Salad with boiled eggs 

This is something we can get more on board with because we spot some cheese in the corner. Cheese and full cream milk are actually totally okay by this diet’s standards. The salad dressing consists of sour cream, garlic, onion powder, milk, dried parsley, and mayo.

Fish with a side of veggies

This simple dish is a go-to for the John Wick goddess and it actually looks pretty delicious. Although potatoes are not recommended on a keto diet in abundance, they are okay for smaller portion sizes now and then. This is Halle’s version of a cheat meal.

If only we had the same standards...

You may have noticed that Halle does not indulge in sugary carbs. No bread! No cookies! No pasta! No pancakes!

The list goes on but you get the point - goodbye carbs, hello ‘good fats.’
