- What sizes are your dresses? Do you have a sizing chart?
- Size charts are on the individual product pages. If a product does not have a chart available please email us - email@example.com and we will get one for you. Each of our frocks has sizing recommendations in the description. We cater to sizes 8-24. The majority of our frocks we manufacture in sizes 8-18 with our range continuing to grow with the larger sizings 20-24
- I want to exchange an item, what are my options?
- You may send an item back for a credit note, which you may then use the purchase another item. Refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
- Can I change or amend my order?
- If you wish to change or ammend an order after payment please contact us immediately and if your order has not been shipped we should be able to accomodate your request.
- Can I buy a gift voucher and how would that work?
- You can purchase P.S. Frocks gift certificates by clicking here.
- How do I track my order once it has been shipped?
- If the shipping method you have chosen has tracking available you can track the progress of your shipped order by clicking here. We will email you tracking details on dispatch.
- How long will delivery take?
- Delivery times are dependant on your location and selected method of shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Information for full details.
- Can you ship to my location and how much would it cost?
- We can ship worldwide, if your location does not show at checkout please email firstname.lastname@example.org for alternatives.
- I haven't received my order yet, when will it arrive?
- If you have paid for Express Post or qualified for free shipping in Australia you will be sent an Australia Post tracking number. You can track the progress of your delivery by clicking here. Please refer to our Shipping Information for delivery timeframes using other shipping methods..
- Can I change my delivery address after I ordered?
- You can as long as you let us know the new address prior to 2pm on the same day you placed the order.
- Is it safe to make payments on your site?
- Yes. The checkout area of the website is a secure area. P.S. Frocks uses PayPal to process all transactions. To fully understand PayPal's security please click here.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- You can purchase from P.S. Frocks using your credit card, PayPal account for ZipPay. To pay using your credit card simply select "Proceed to Checkout" and follow the prompts. To pay using your PayPal account, click on the "Checkout with PayPal" button and follow the prompts on PayPals page. To pay with ZipPay you will follow the prompts to sign into your ZipPay account and complete your payment.
- My coupon code isn't working, what should I do?
- If your coupon has not expired or you are unsure, please email email@example.com and we will assist you with this.
