What sizes are your dresses? Do you have a sizing chart?

Each of our frocks has an individual size chart on their product page. We cater to sizes 8-26.

I want to exchange an item, what are my options?

You may send an item back for a credit note, which you may then use to purchase another item. Refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

Can I change or amend my order?

If you wish to change or amend an order after payment please contact us immediately.  If your order has not been shipped we should be able to accommodate your request.

Can I buy a gift voucher and how would that work?

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

If the shipping method you have chosen has tracking available you can track the progress of your shipped order by clicking here.

Delivery

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times are dependent on your location and selected method of shipping. Please refer to our Delivery page for full details.

Can you ship to my location and how much would it cost?

We can ship worldwide, if your location does not show at checkout please email info@psfrocks.com.au for alternatives.

I haven't received my order yet, when will it arrive?

If you have paid for Express Post or qualified for free shipping in Australia you will be sent an Australia Post tracking number. You can track the progress of your delivery by clicking here. Please refer to our Delivery Information for delivery timeframes using other shipping methods.

Can I change my delivery address after I ordered?

Yes, as long as you let us know the new address prior to 1pm on the same day you placed the order.

Is it safe to make payments on your site?

Yes. Our website is a secured by SSL encryption. P.S. Frocks only uses trusted payment providers.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase from P.S. Frocks using your credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay or ZipPay account. 

My coupon code isn't working, what should I do?

If your coupon has not expired or you are unsure, please email info@psfrocks.com.au and we will assist you with this.
